What's God got to do with it?
This is a beautiful story about how a Haitian mother thought her baby had died in the earthquake 6 months ago, and was reunited recently. If you'll look at the comments, quite a few people commented that God must have been looking over them. My question is this: Where was God when all those people perished from the earth quake? Should I stay or Should I go?
I've been dating this guy for almost a year now. Well me and his mother don't get along at all. I found out that his mother has his ex fiancee living at her house. She's been living there for about 3 months now.(as a roommate to help his mother our financially) Her and him were together like 3 years and according to everyone in his family shes perfect in every way. I've only seen her a couple times and she is beautiful and seems really sweet, but I don't know her personally. Well my b/f don't live together but do spend a lot of time together, well used to I should say. He's spending more and more time at his mothers house helping with things, theres times I can't get ahold of him at all, hes getting more and more distant from me, he's always texting a mystery person, he takes some of his calls in another room, hes even said her name during sex before. I asked him and he said theres nothing going on, not to worry. But I can't help to, I mean they were having problems and he cheated on her with me(thats how we ended up together) and now I'm afraid he's going to go back to her because she is better looking than me and can do things for him that I just don't have the time or energy to and his kids love her( they still have pics of her).....but I do love him and don't know if I should leave or try to work things out?

What Do I stand in the Custody Battle?
I am engaged to a wonderful man, Sam, who has a wonderful daughter, Judy. He and Judy's mother have no legal custody agreement. Sam keeps Judy most of the time because her mother works ALL the time. Their agreement as of now is every- other weekend and what ever day during the week she doesn't have to work. She will only see her maybe once a week. He is at her disposal if she gets called into work, he is like a baby sitter. He would never turn down keeping her because he knows the mother will do what she wants no matter who has to keep Judy. I would love to tell him to go to court and get legal documents saying what days and weekends they each get her. They do not have any child support set up, who ever has Judy pays for what she needs. I am terrified she is going to get mad at him and stick him with back pay when ever they do go to court (he has her 90% of the time). Now that we are engaged I think I have a right to suggest this, after all its my life too right? I don't want to sound mean when I suggest this to him, I'm just not sure how to go about getting him to do this. I need help, please if anyone has been through the same situation give me advice!

Men scare me a lot--help?
Whenever I'm around men, I get really uncomfortable. The male nurses at the doctors' scare me really badly, because to check my blood pressure and such, they have to touch me. I don't like being touched by both genders, but it's worse around men! My daddy passed when I was six weeks old, and my brothers' father was absent most of their lives. So our lives seriously lack a father figure. Our mother went into mourning for my father, and my older brother I were put into a foster home (long, long story--it's not really my mother's fault one bit, so don't judge). My mother got to see us every so often, and one time, I remember her telling me I had a period at the age of two--I believe my brother and I were still in foster care. But I have a hard time believing that a 1 1/2 or 2 year old girl can have a period--even my ex-girlfriend said that there would have to have been some sort of trauma, including with the fact I'm touchy when it comes to being touched. So, could I have been abused in foster care, and that's why I feel this way towards men?

HELP! Twilight Zone episode!?
in the new Twilight zone series (oo's-) it was in season 1 it was about a guy who lived in a little neighborhood and there was a single mother with 2 kids and his friend who was in a wheel chair and others and these 2 people show up in the town and go door to door like Jehovah's witnesses do and they leave you a tape to watch and the tape would know you name and promise you stuff and the guy thought they were some kind terrorist organization and that it was some kind of conspiracy , he didn't want them near him and if you accepted the invite a bright light would shine in ur house and it turns out the people were angels and were trying to take the guy to heaven but since he didn't want to cuz he thought they were bad he was the only one left and then you hear a sirin and there was alot of wind and it was like a nuclear bomb about to happen or the end of the world or something what episode is it?

ONLY TALKED WITH MOM ONCE SINCE THE BIRTH OF OUR FIRST BABY?
Our first child was born almost 3 weeks ago via c-section and I've only talked to my mother once. I called her from the hospital to let her know everything was okay. She has not called me at all. Prior to the pregnancy she's emailed a couple of times because she was supposed to come and help after he was born ( she lives 10 hours away ) and then three days before the scheduled surgery she said she could not because of a work commitment ( which later turn out to be a half-truth ). Thankfully my father ( mom's ex) was able to come last minute and was a huge help to both my husband and me. We did receive a congratulations card from her. I'm hurt and disappointed in my mother. She's never been one of those hands-on moms, but this has really hurt me. I'm not in the process of trying to get her scheduled to come and visit in August and she's been lazy in getting back with me. So far, we have two other family member groups coming for two different weekends in August, so I'm anxious to know her schedule. How would you suggest I communicate my feelings to her without hurting her? And, do you think I'm being too critical of her? I know I have an entirely new set of hormones coursing through me and I don't want to jump the gun, if you will. :)
