Do you think my friends and family will think i'm being greedy with my baby registry? I am pregnant with my first! I have babysat for years in my home, so i have *some* things, mostly what i bought was used from a garage sale. I have a Bumbo that is pink, so if i have a girl i wont need one of those, and also some pink blankets, etc. I also have a pink high chair which would be fine if i'm having a girl, i mean i'd love to get a new one, but.....would it be wrong to register for one even though i have one? I would leave the old one at my dads for when we're over there. Not a lot of boy stuff at all! I have a play pen but not the kind with the bassinet. I have a car seat and stroller but it doesn't match and the car seat is almost expired. My friends and family know i have some stuff for babies, and i don't think any of them are picky and would all use an expired car seat. I'm just worried that if i put a car seat/stroller combo or pack n play on my registy my friends and family will think i'm being greedy, but i'd like one that matches and since this is my first i'd kinda like a pattern i'm in love with and not just one i picked up at a garage sale. Obviously if i don't get it at my registy i'll have to buy it myself, but do you think they will think i'm greedy? I need a lot of other things as well, so maybe i should just leave those things off and try to buy them on my own instead? That way people don't think i'm trying to get *extras* Oh and i don't plan to babysit anymore after i have this baby, i am currently working in a daycare so i'll just be bringing the baby to work with me. Are there any stores that sell pet strollers in Vancouver BC? If there are could you give the site or the store location. Thank you. Baby Stroller with car seat, for a tall man? I am 6' 4, and am a first time dad. My wife is average height. We are looking for a stroller/car seat combo than can be used for infants up to 40-50lbs toddlers. I dont exactly know what to look for, i would just like one that will adjust a few different ways so i dont have to hunch over to push the stroller, like some of the ones i have been looking at. price range from 100-250. Also, any tips from experienced parents about what to look for in strollers? Such as storage, cup holders, etc... things i wouldn't think of? I appreciate any help! This is now the 3rd week my son has had a blue color bruise on the side and bottom of his foot? We were on vacation in Georgia and it was so hot that I did not put his shoes on everyday. He is in a stroller wheelchair I believe the bruise came from that it is on the side of his foot and bottom. He does take a bath everyday so I thought that might take it away and it has not. should we stay in a down town hotel in toronto? this is our first trip to canada ,we wanna to see the top Tourist sites.we have a 2 years old kid and we also are interested in family friendly places, parks,any water or theme parks.my question is: is a dow town hotel worth? i mean are the attractions too close to walk to with a toddler in stroller?or it would be better to stay far,pay less for hotel and drive by car to the attraction? there are so many neighborhoods out of downtown,which area would be the best option to get a hotel ? by the way how much is the average parking fee in down town?
